The Neil J. Brassell Jr. Foundation for Youth Development was established in 1998 to provide funding for various young individuals and youth groups in the Philadelphia area.. This non-profit organization was created in honor of Neil J. Brassell and his lifelong dedication to coaching, developing and influencing the many lives he touched. The objective of the Foundation is simple; to assist in the academic, athletic and spiritual development of our youth. and our various outreach programs are in alignment with this objective.
