Passing on the gift of culturally relevant holistic wellness and selflove from generation to generation. Historically marginalized communities face significant health and wellness risks due to disparities in access to healthcare chronic conditions stigma around mental health support limited resources and cultural barriers. These factors contribute to higher rates of morbidity and mortality within our communities perpetuating systemic inequities and hindering the ability to fully thrive.
