Welcome to the Montgomery County Joint Law Enforcement Museums Website Since its founding in 1776 Montgomery County Maryland has been served by various federal state regional and municipal law enforcement agencies. At the 2012 annual meeting of The Montgomery County Police Alumni Association Inc. MCPAA Karl Plitt proposed the creation of a museum to preserve and display artifacts from those law enforcement agencies. After discussion the MCPAA began exploring that idea.
