Our mission is to increase civic engagement among the state39s most underserved and historically marginalized communities by meeting them where they are yearround and addressing what matters most safety housing the economy and education. We do this through culturally competent programming active listening and direct participation in the civic process. We envision a North Carolina where lifelong voters are nurtured to help shape a fair and equitable democracy that is truly reflective of our state.
