KAT CHARITY
KAT Charities was founded in 2016 to assist with animals in Hawaii who were in need of food, basic care, shelter or medical attention. KAT Charities believes that when people help animals, the animals help the people. It is sometimes difficult to know who actually rescues who. KAT Charities takes in abused, unwanted, abandoned animals. We find foster homes, rehabilitate, and socialize with a human family providing love and attention, often for the first time. KAT Charities is also active in Oahu’s trap and release, neuter now program. We humanly trap feral cats, take them to be fixed and release back to their colony. Our goal is to help as many animals in need as we can; we are a compassionate and committed group of volunteers that operate on donations only.
