THE GRCA Green River Community Association The Green River Community Association Is a nonprofit Community Association located in Zirconia North Carolina. Our mission is to gather the community into one cohesive group which will fairly represent the Green River Communitys interests. Located in Tuxedo North Carolina the community is on the front range of the Blue Ridge Mountains and has the Eastern Continental Divide as its northern limits. Beside picturesque Lake Summit and along the Green River valley residents enjoy one of the most beautiful locations in Henderson County.
