Pinellas Affordable Living, Inc. (PAL) is a non-profit Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) dedicated to developing affordable housing. Established in 1993 by Boley, PAL focuses on providing housing solutions for low-income individuals and families.
Mission and Activities
PAL's mission is to address the need for affordable housing in its community. As a CHDO, it is eligible to access federal funds designated for affordable housing projects. The organization shares resources with its parent entity to achieve its goals effectively.

To date, PAL has successfully developed 160 units of multi-family housing and two single-family homes. Additionally, it has over 55 units in various stages of development. PAL's efforts contribute to addressing housing affordability issues in the region.
