ELDERPLAN STARTED AS ONE OF THE ORIGINAL SOCIAL HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATIONS IN THE COUNTRY. MORE THAN 35 YEARS LATER, ELDERPLAN, A MEMBER OF MJHS HEALTH SYSTEM, CARRIES ON THE CORE VALUES OF COMPASSION, DIGNITY AND RESPECT FIRST ESTABLISHED BY THE FOUR BROOKLYN LADIES IN 1907.
