Los Angeles House of Ruth The Los Angeles House of Ruth offers a safe and secure haven for homeless families many of whom are homeless due to domestic violence. Los Angeles House of Ruth Programs Services The primary goal of Los Angeles House of Ruth LAHR is to empower women to move from abuse and dependency to independence and success. For over 45 years we have provided wrap around services and shelter to over 5000 women and children with a remarkable 90 success rate at placing them into permanent housing. Hear first hand how the services the Los Angeles House of Ruth provides are helping formally homeless women many who are victims of domestic violence achieve independence and a new life.
