Media Arts Project The Media Arts Project cultivates a sustainable creative ecosystem in WNC that empowers artists and entrepreneurs and enriches the community through enduring creative expression. Founded in 2004 Since 2004 the Media Arts Project has been advancing creative exploration in Western North Carolina through the support of artists. Our Purpose Through exhibitions services for artists and educational programming the MAP facilitates public dialogue and community engagement in a broad spectrum of creative disciplines. Board of Directors The Media Arts Project is led by a diverse group of artists educators and business leaders who have dedicated their lives and careers to supporting artists.
