Yesterday, Grand Central Partnership joined NYC DOT and local elected officials to celebrate the official opening of Pershing Square Plaza East with a ribbon cutting ceremony. This new public space—located just across from Grand Central Terminal—completes a decades-long vision first outlined in our 1987 master plan: to create a parklike setting on both sides of the Park Avenue Viaduct.
