Martha Root Community Development We exist to provide people with the tools to maximize their opportunities to succeed in their personal professional and community lives. The STORY BEHIND the Founder Martha Root Eli Pakravan inspired by her childhood wish to help children found her path to empowering others after moving to Amarillo Texas. Through her work with Hispanic small businesses and as a substitute teacher in a High School mostly with refugees and Hispanic students she realized the importance of supporting parents in raising successful wellrounded children. Drawing on her Bahai upbringing Eli launched a program in April 2024 to help parents nurture their children with love discipline and moral values.
