TO IMPROVE THE HEALTH OF MOTHERS, BABIES AND FAMILIES THROUGH STATEWIDE ADVOCACY AND INITIATIVES THAT SUPPORT LOCAL COMMUNITIES AND HEALTHY START COALITIONS.
