Business Council for the Arts (BCA) Inspiring Business Fostering Culture Business Council for the Arts encourages connects and stimulates support for arts and culture in our region to improve how we live and work in North Texas. Registrations are now open for 2025 On My Own Time. OMOT is an employeefocused competition allowing businesses the opportunity to showcase their literary and visual arts talents of their employees in a friendly competition that culminates in a monthlong display at NorthPark Center. Participating in this juried art competition fosters stronger team connections improves problemsolving skills and provides a meaningful tool for managing stress.
