The Vollintine Evergreen Community Association supports the neighborhood through a variety of programs and initiatives designed to help make Vollintine Evergreen a great place to live work play in Memphis. Our Organization For over 50 years VECA has served our neighborhood with advocacy and action by bringing people together.
