Open 7 day a week! 215-648-1943 Penny Buck Junction Thrift Store is a 501(c)3 organization that uses 100% of their profits to help those in recovery from alcoholism and substance use disorders. Funds go to individuals to assist with aftercare treatment, certified sober living and recovery residential housing, permanent long-term rental housing, and financial assistance to those in recovery. Individuals in recovery or hardship may also receive free clothing and household furniture and items for their new residence. All of their volunteers that work at the store are in recovery, lost someone to addiction, in the professional field of substance use disorders, or needs community service hours.
