Shasta Land trust Conserving the beauty character and diversity of significant lands in far northern California Since 1998 Shasta Land Trust has led efforts to identify and conserve significant lands in the north state that provide local benefits such as open space wildlife habitat scenic views recreation and working agricultural lands. Protected Lands Weve protected over 61555 acres throughout the north state. Check out the highlights of each of our 40 protected properties. Events The Wildways programming is fundraising events throughout the year that connects people and places and is a fun way to contribute to the protecting of significant lands in far northern California.
