LEAN partners with other organizations including schools, to provide primary healthcare, education, and financial assistance for livelihood support to those in need.

These sponsorships are renewable until the student graduates from grade 12 if the student meets the qualifying criteria. Vocational Training Certification courses are typically 6 months to a year in duration and are offered to school or college dropouts who need to acquire skills that can help them earn a living.
