To collect preserve exhibit and interpret the objects that document and illustrate the history and importance of law enforcement and to present that history to the public in order to build trust and understanding between the community and law enforcement Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Project The Spokane Regional Law Enforcement Museum proudly partners with the Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Project to honor and remember our fallen officers in Washington State. The memorial is located at the end of the culdesac at 1000 W. Mallon Avenue Spokane Washington.
