WOMEN ADVANCING NUTRITION DIETETICS AND AGRICULTURE
Imagine if we can inspire a new generation of women and girls to become food sheroes in their communities. With the rise of non communicable diseases like diabetes and heart disease, WANDA is on a mission to lead a movement of women and girls in transforming the food system from farm to fork. By 2030 WANDA's goal is to touch the lives of 1 million women and girls to educate, advocate and innovate for a better life, community and food system in Africa and the Diaspora. In 2016 WANDA launched in Washington, DC and Abuja, Nigeria to build a pipeline and platform of women and girls as drivers of change in their community through food, agriculture and nutrition.
