Helping the BIPOC community break the cycle of trauma Its Mine Movement is a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to serving the BIPOC Black Indigenous and People of Color community by offering accessible mental health therapy services. Our mission is to support individuals affected by traumaincluding youth in the foster care system those aging out or transitioning to adulthood military members and first respondersas they navigate lifes challenges and work toward healing. Specializing in life skills and traumainformed care Its Mine Movement addresses critical needs to help break destructive cycles and empower individuals to build healthier more resilient futures. We provide inperson and virtual services through our platform to ensure that all clients regardless of location can access the care and support they deserve.
