Virginia Beach Volleyball Charities VBVC provides and manages volleyball leagues and tournaments with two main goals in mind. The first goal is to bring the community together for fun laughs and fellowship with a little volleyball thrown in for good measure. The second goal is to raise money through these programs to support local volleyball programs and to support cancer research through donations to the VFoundation.
