CPF IS A BROAD PARTNERSHIP OF NEIGHBORJOOD GROUPS, CHURCHES, SCHOOLS, PUBLIC AND PRIVATE HEALTH, SOCIAL SERVICE, CRIMINAL JUSTICE AND MUNICIPAL AGENCIES, AND THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY. THE OVERARCHING GOAL IS TO IMPROVE SPECIFIF HEALTH, EDUCATION, ECONOMIC AND PUBLIC SAFETY OUTCOMES FOR CHILDREN, YOUTH, AND FAMILIES.
