We want our kids to be healthy, ready to start school and do well when they get there, and we want our families to be self-sufficient. Coweta Family Connection Mission Statement: The Coweta Family Connection (CFC) Collaborative is composed of community partners who work together to match resources and services to those in need. CFC's goal is to help individuals and families become stable and self-sufficient. CFC is a member of the Georgia Family Connection (GFC) - the only statewide network in the country dedicated to the health and well-being of families and communities. We empower communities in 159 counties to craft local solutions based on local decisions. We believe in the power of connection - convening, collaborating, being inclusive, and bringing the right people with the right resources to the table for a common goal.
