Many people erroneously think of mental illness as sign of weakness or lack of character when in fact mental illness is a serious medical condition. Make Tiny Changes aims to give hope, positivity, and support at the same time. Let’s work together to eliminate the days of solitude, discrimination, and silence by fighting against the stigma of mental illness.
