Vizions' Vacant Property Coalition, focused on helping local groups, such as block clubs, board up blighted buildings. The focus broadened thanks to economic headwinds like the foreclosure crisis, the great recession and mounting tax foreclosures. Now the Vacant Property Coalition does everything from tracking vacant property to empowering local residents to turn problem properties into opportunities for investment and innovation. The Abandoned Building Coalition developed for the purpose of creating our Workforce Diversity alliance companies within our network misrepresentation communities young adults and women construction building developer career-jobs. We support career pathway & collaborating creating apprenticeship as solar panel specialist installer's programs proven solutions.
