Team Teen - Empowering Teenagers in Foster Care Around Tampa Bay. Our mission is simple to empower teenagers in foster care throughout Tampa Bay. We believe that by bringing the community together we can build a stronger sense of normalcy and belonging for youth in care. What We Do Help make this holiday season brighter for a teen. Your donation will help Team Teen fulfill wish lists submitted by teens in foster care in Pinellas and Hillsborough County Florida.
