Exciting news!!! Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka has awarded My Father’s House a 2024 Alternate Award of $1.5 Million for Phase II of the Tiny Homes Community. Development has begun on Phase I, funded largely by a 2023 award of $1 Million also from FHLB Topeka. My Father’s House Community Services is excited to be working with FHLB Topeka, Haupt Construction, First Option Bank and Pfefferkorn Engineering & Environmental to bring safe, affordable Permanent Supportive Housing to our community! Thanks to the tremendous administrative support of Janet McRae and the Miami County Miami County, Kansas, Economic Development Department, along with April Damron and the Paola Chamber of Commerce, the Miami County Kansas Jobs group is still going strong! We started this group more than 11 years ago to provide a place to connect Job Seekers and Employers in Miami County, Kansas. The group now has more than 6,500 members! (fb)

My Fathers House Community Services My Fathers house has many rooms if that were not so would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you. John 142 My Fathers House was founded in 2003 and opened its first housing program a transitional housing project in 2006. We are dedicated to programming and advocacy for those who are experiencing homelessness have a low income or are struggling and underserved in some way. Currently our catchment area for services is Miami and Linn counties in Kansas.
