1. The need for programs in Colorado prisons and jails--particularly the need of inmates to learn to resolve conflicts without violence and to develop a positive attitude towards life. 2. To lower recidivism rates of ex-inmates. 3. The challenge that ex-inmates face in re-entering society by find employment, housing and a positive lifestyle.
