Join Us in Helping Others Survive and Thrive after Domestic Violence Our Team RESILIENCE IS BEAUTY is the dream child of Founder and Executive Director Leticia Terrell along with several other board members who are also domestic violence survivors. They all understand the critical that role nonprofit organizations play in a survivors journey to wellness and eventual wholeness. We have assembled an executive team that boasts over 100 years of combined experience in the fields of social services public safety and subject matter experience. Our History While RESILIENCE IS BEAUTY INC was established in 2021 officially the Founder as well as Board members have spent time throughout their professional lives helping those who have been victimized by domestic violence.
