Supporting Student Athlete Cross-Country and Track & Field Activities Through Volunteerism Since 2010. Located in Cheney, Washington, the Blackhawks XC/TF Booster Club is a parent run volunteer group dedicated to supporting participation, academic & athletic growth, camaraderie, and individual & team success of the Cheney High School Cross-Country and Track & Field teams. Through volunteerism and fundraising, the Booster Club seeks to eliminate any hurdles to these objectives by rallying family and community support and offering financial assistance to the XC/TF programs that may not otherwise be available.
