Now serving Culberson County as their No Kill Shelter working closely with the City of Van Horn Animal Control. Mission & Focus as Rescue Sanctuary, We are an Organization that focuses on rescuing, rehabilitating & care for animals that have been abused, abandoned, at risk of euthanasia, or need a safe home. our primary mission is to provide a home & high quality
