THE YOUTHZONE FOUNDATION WAS ESTABLISHED TO SERVE AS A SIGNIFICANT FUNDING SOURCE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROGRAMS OF YOUTHZONE INC., A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION, TO BENEFIT YOUTH AND BUILD A BETTER COMMUNITY IN WESTERN COLORADO. IN ACCORDANCE WITH PROCEDURES ESTABLISHED IN ITS BYLAWS, AT JUNE 30, 2017. ALL FUNDS WERE RELEASED TO YOUTHZONE, INC., AND THE FOUNDATION WAS DISSOLVED.
