The mission of the agency is to support community based programs that provide behavioral health services to adults, youth, and families. Provision of services is focused on identified community needs in the areas of prevention, intervention/diversion, and treatment services. Services incorporate both mental health and substance abuse treatment modalities that focus on healthy lifestyles and strengthening the individual as well as the family.
