Critical Care Kitten Coalition

Critical Care Kitten Coalition

A 501c3 nonprofit, we are a rescue for the rescues. a voice for the tiniest who would be euthanized 💜 See my website for WishLists ⬇️ The mission of Critical Care Kitten Coalition (CCKC of Lacey) is to be a voice for the tiniest by creating a partnership with the rescues of Washington State. We are not an overflow for the rescues when they don't have space, what we do is unique. In an effort to reduce the unnecessary euthanizing of sick neonates & high risk pregnant cats. When a rescue realizes a neonate (or litter) 0 to 14 weeks old, is critically ill with Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP), upper respiratory infections (URI), pneumonia, panleukopenia, calicivirus, ringworm, etc., has been injured and/or high-risk pregnant cats, if they don't have a capable foster available then we ask they save the money they would've spent on euthanizing & cremation and surrender [them] to us.

About the organization

Every day hundreds of kittens are euthanized because rescues and shelters lack the resources and financial ability necessary to give them the medical care they need. Critical Care Kitten Coalition specializes in fostering kittens critically ill that otherwise would be euthanized. Because we believe neonatal kittens who are sick should be given the chance to not only live but thrive. Our Mission Critical Care Kitten Coalitions mission is to reduce how many kittens are needlessly euthanized.
