The purpose and major activities of the organization are to own, restore, and operate a 1931 art Deco theater in Spokane, Washington as a regional performing arts center. The organization also promotes and encourages understanding of and public interest in the fields of music and other performing arts. The theater will also promote and cultivate an appreciation of the restoration of art Deco buildings and architecture.
