2025 board meeting minutes 31125 ANNOUNCEMENT REPORT 1. There was a proposal by Javid to give total authority to the Tournament Directors TD including member disciplinary actions. This was discussed by the Board and by majority vote of 6 to 1 the Board disagreed with his proposal and decided NOT to allow TD to deal with disciplinary actions decisions. Therefore TDs will have full autonomy to lead tournaments except anything having to do with Disciplinary Actions.
