Our mission is to change lives and strengthen communities through the dignity and power of work by serving individuals with barriers to employment. Annually we deliver mission integrated activities, services and programs to thousands in the Redwood Empire. Our impact is the result of providing services to persons with disadvantaging barriers to employment and other life experiences. Last year we provided in excess of 250,000 training hours and diverted more than 7,000,000 pounds from local landfill.
