Kyles Wish

The specific objectives and purposes of this corporation shall be:             a.) This corporation is organized exclusively for one or more of the purposes as specified in                  Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, including, for such purposes, the making of                   distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under Section 501 (c)(3)                   of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code.             b.)  Kyle's Wish, LTD. Is organized as a public charity to offer monetary and other support to                   children with life threatening illness and their families, starting in the state of Kentucky. We                   will be involved in numerous local fundraisers such as but not limited to bake sales and                                   auction of items donated for such purpose.             c.)  To support the children and their families hospitalized at children's hospitals for treatment of               life threatening illness through various projects such as, but not limited to, donation of toys                             for holidays and art projects for bed bound patients.             d.)        To raise awareness of childhood life threatening illnesses, such as, but not limited to,                                 cancers in our community and throughout the state of Kentucky by means of sharing our                          personal experiences of such illnesses and education to the community.             e.) To engage and promote other activities necessary or incidental to our main purposes and                                  pursuits.
