IV teaches how to overcome the hardships of poverty by self-improvement and experiencing the love of Jesus Christ. IV serves all people through the practical application of moral excellence. IV creates supportive environments for families, neighborhoods, communities, cities, states, and nations. IV is committed to emphasizing the use of spiritual resources in the outreach of neighborhoods and communities to transform lives.
