As the shock of the diagnosis was waning the horrific reality set in that she was stripped of her lawful right to terminate the pregnancy even though her doctor believed it to be medically necessary. Nancy and millions of other woman in the United States are now facing the dark and cold promise of the Dobbs decision regardless of the trauma it has and will continue to cause. Therefore the Nancy Davis Foundation is focused on connecting women with the health care they need while working to restore womens reproductive rights across the nation.
