The Whitefish Bay Civic Foundation is organized and shall operate exclusively for charitable, scientific, civic improvement, literary and/or educational purposes. In the fulfillment of such purposes, the Civic Foundation: May make donations for the public welfare or for charitable, scientific, literary or education purposes, or otherwise promoting such purposes either directly or by granting other activities in aid of other organizations, enterprises or persons with like purposes as the Civic Foundation;
