THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES FREE JOB SKILLS TRAINING AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR WOMEN IN NEED. THE SOLE PURPOSE IS TO HELP WOMEN GAIN MEANINGFUL EMPLOYMENT THAT FUNDAMENTALLY CHANGES THEIR LIVES BY IMPROVING THEIR SOCIOECONOMIC STATUS, REDUCING THEIR NEED FOR SOCIAL WELFARE SUPPORT, AND IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR LOVED ONES.

Our Mission The Womens Empowerment Institute WEI is a national nonprofit organization that provides job skills training and professional development for women in need. Our sole purpose is to help women gain meaningful employment that fundamentally changes their lives by improving their socioeconomic status reducing their need for social welfare support and improving the quality of life for themselves and their loved ones. Established in 2018 the Women39s Empowerment Institute WEI began serving the New York community by providing personal and professional development workshops for women ages 18.
