My Promise To Topaz My Promise To Topaz founded by Emily Franco is nonprofit organization currently being formed to help disabled and senior animals as well as disabled individuals who are in urgent need. You can learn more about my work as an independent rescuer in the about me section. In the future I want to build safe and loving places for older or special animals. These sanctuaries will help them find forever homes.
