Chinqually Booters Soccer Club
Chinqually Booters Soccer Club has been in operation for the past 20 years serving the youth of Lacey, Washington in providing an educational, recreational youth soccer program. In 1998, we formed a nonprofit corporation and become tax exempt under 501(c)(3). We provide an educational soccer program by having Spring Player Clinics, Goalkeeping Clinics for Coaches and Players, Summer and Fall Soccer Leagues, Free Coaches Training, and a Summer Soccer Tournament. Chinqually Booters Soccer Club has three paid positions which include Club Manager, Super Mod Director and Coaching Director. All other positions are volunteers, which include 7 Board Members, Club Officers, Coaches, Assitant Coaches and Team Managers/Representatives. We rely on community donations to help support our soccer club and keep the registration fees down for parents. We provide scholarships to players that are unable to pay the registration fee.

The club emphasizes recreational, developmental, and competitive soccer programs for children of various age groups.
Programs
The Chinqually Booters Soccer Club offers a variety of soccer programs designed to accommodate different age groups and skill levels:
-
Super Mod: Available for children aged U4 to U7, this program aims to introduce young players to soccer in a fun and low-competitive environment.
-
Mod: For players aged U8 to U12, this program modifies field size, rules, and team sizes to enhance skill development.
-
Full Field Soccer: Designed for older players (U13 to U18), this program provides a more traditional soccer experience, preparing players for potential further involvement in the sport.
Zero Tolerance Policy
The club has implemented a Zero Tolerance Policy targeting the abuse of soccer officials by coaches, players, parents, and spectators. This policy is crucial in maintaining a respectful and safe environment during club events and activities.
Governance and Events

The club actively encourages community engagement, inviting the submission of player and team photos to update their visual content and highlight team achievements.
Community Involvement
The club plays an active role in the community by fostering a spirit of teamwork and healthy competition among its participants. It encourages volunteerism, particularly in coaching roles, to ensure that all children can participate fully in its programs.
Registration and Fees
Registration for the club's programs typically opens well in advance of the start of each season. Fees are structured based on age groups, with discounts available for military families. Uniforms are handled separately, with costs covered by the players themselves.
The club operates on a seasonal basis, with programs running during spring, summer, and fall. Each season includes practices and games, with specific schedules determined by coaches and the club's administrative team.
Volunteer Opportunities
The club continuously seeks volunteers, particularly those interested in coaching, assisting as assistant coaches, or acting as team managers. This outreach helps ensure that all children can participate in the programs offered by the club.
