Founded in 2016 WIP fosters collaboration mentorship and shared resources among its members who range from emerging to seasoned professionals and work across diverse projects from feature films to documentaries and digital content. Our mission is to elevate the careers of women producers close the gender gap in Hollywood and create more opportunities for femaledriven projects to be financed and distributed.
