Bridging Whole Health is focused on the connection between mental health and Whole Health. How your psychological Health directly connects to ailments in your body and how a focus on mental well-being can help to explain some of those connections. Bridging Whole Health uses combination of therapeutic counseling, holistic health, and deep connections to breed a mindful body and soul.
