In 2021 the Montana Legislative created a program that allows state taxpayers to make donations to their local public school district and receive a dollarfordollar tax credit for the donation on their state income taxes up to 200000 per year. This allows you to choose where your tax dollars go and give you the ability to keep your money local. The District can use the donated funds to support certain targeted programs at its discretion.
