Sura Sustainable Living Project's purpose is promotion, through education and demonstration, of ecologically responsible commerce and guardianship of our precious resource Earth. The project's current focus is in Central America where we are witnessing the deforestation of the rain forest, to the detriment not only of the land and plant life but of the hundreds of species that rely on the riches of the rainforest for their homes, food and migration routes. Our work it Is to teach local farmers and other volunteers how it is possible to make a living using environmentally friendly techniques to do not devastate the natural order. We both help the farmer have a more sustainable way or providing for their families and communities and help the animals maintain their environment so they may also adapt and thrive. We are 100% volunteers every penny donated goes to the project.
