6000 pairs of shoes donated to children in central Florida and abroadfrom 2016 current Donate Today. Our Mission In 2016 our son Kalen passed away after being hit by a car while crossing the street to catch his school bus. Despite our heartache we remained faithful and drew inspiration from Kalens own words which ultimately became the driving force behind the Blended Family Foundation. The Blended Family Foundation is a 501c3 nonprofit organization based in central Florida serving Polk Osceola and Hillsborough County.
